The General Secretary informs that it has issued Circular No. 03 of 2020 by means of which it informs the University Community and users of the System of Petitions, Complaints, Claims, Suggestions, Congratulations and Complaints – PQRSFD, the temporary and transitory measures that will take before the determinations of the state authorities and the measures adopted by the UPN through Rectoral Resolution 0254 of 2020 that establishes the authorization to carry out work in the UPN remotely, traveling and virtual.

Occasional professors and professors linked to the University are summoned to apply between March 17 and March 24, 2020, and to elect their representative before the Internal Committee of Assignment and Recognition through electronic voting. Score (CIARP) for the period 2020 – 2021.

Starting April 17 at 8:00 a.m. The registration of candidate formulas for student representatives will be opened before the Superior Council, the Councils of the Faculties and the Councils of some Departments, and the representatives of postgraduate students before the Academic Council, the Councils of some Faculties, some Departments and before the Graduate Programs Councils for the period 2020 – 2022.
