The System of Petitions, Complaints, Claims, Suggestions, Congratulations and Complaints – PQRSFD, is the space through which you can file requests, communications of dissatisfaction, proposals for improvement or congratulations in relation to the missionary processes of the Institution and against the actions or omissions of public servants.
